El miércoles 4 de marzo de 2015, a las 17 horas, visitaron la Sede Central – Guarani Róga del ATENEO DE LENGUA Y CULTURA GUARANI dos distinguidos docentes universitarios, uno de España, el PROF.DR. ANTONIO VÁZQUEZ BARQUERO, docente de la Universidad Autónoma de Madrid; y el otro de Colombia, el PROF.DR. GERMÁN AUGUSTO GALLEGO CORREA, de la Universidad Católica del Norte de Medellín. Ellos estuvieron acompañados por el PROF.DR. JAVIER ALCIDES GALEANO SÁNCHEZ, Director de Postgrado y docente de la Facultad de Ciencias Exactas y Naturales de la Universidad Nacional de Asunción. Los ilustres visitantes fueron recibidos por David Galeano Olivera, Director General del ATENEO.

El Dr. Vázquez Barquero trabaja, ejerce la docencia e investiga en el Departamento de Estructura Económica y Economía del Desarrollo de la Universidad Autónoma de Madrid; en tanto que, el Dr. Gallego Correa es el Director del Proyecto de Universidades Estratégicas, Programa Alfa III-UE y es también Coordinador de Internacionalización de la Fundación Universitaria Católica del Norte, de Medellín. Ambos -a partir de su relacionamiento con el Prof.Dr. Javier Alcides Galeano Sánchez- mostraron un gran interés en encarar -conjuntamente con el ATENEO DE LENGUA Y CULTURA GUARANI- proyectos de economía de desarrollo que pudieran beneficiar particularmente a las comunidades indígenas del Paraguay. Cabe destacar que este acercamiento por parte de ambos docentes al ATENEO fue propiciado por el Prof.Dr. Javier Alcides Galeano Sánchez, quien -además de dar clases en la institución y haber desarrollado conferencias y charlas acerca de temas de su especialidad- es también miembro del ATENEO.
